Shipping policy

All Meow Pals items are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom-produced after you order, please allow a bit of extra time compared to shopping from a warehouse that stocks pre-made inventory.

Production time
Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment. During busy periods (holidays, promotions), production may take slightly longer.

Shipping time

United States: 3–8 business days after production
International: 5–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs processing

Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time — so a US order typically arrives within 1–2 weeks, and international orders within 2–4 weeks.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Customs and import fees (international orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs office upon delivery.

Multiple items in one order
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately since different products can be produced at different facilities. You'll receive tracking info for each shipment.
