Return & Refund Policy
All items sold by Meow Pals are made to order (print-on-demand). Because each item is produced specifically for you after you place your order, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
Defective or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at houseofbanderas@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, our choice, at no cost to you.
Wrong item received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll correct it by sending the right item or refunding you in full.
Non-returnable situations
Since our products are custom-printed per order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color chosen at checkout
- Buyer's remorse
